Dropper

Dropper is a new generation organosilicone blend, specifically designed for deposition, anti-drift and coverage

BENEFITS

  • Potential use of less water or improved performance of low-volume applications

  • Improved nutrient uptake and control of diseases and insects

  • Reduced spray drift

  • Increased deposition of chemical on the plant for the same chemical input

Mechanism of action:

An adjuvant is a nonionic surfactant that is used in conjunction with pesticides, fertilizers. In order for the active substances of spray solution to reach the target object, they need to overcome the protective barriers of the leaves (wax coating, hairs), so the working solution needs to remain on the surface of the plants for a long time. But, drops with a working solution of pesticides can roll off the leaf surface or bounce off it. Therefore, losses of spray solution during leaf treatments would be inevitable if surfactants were not added to the working solutions. Surfactants are chemical compounds that reduce surface tension at the interface between two media and thus increase the surface area of contact of the drug, as a result of which the drops roll off the leaves less, stick better and spread better over the surface. The area of the drop increases several times, which contributes to improved absorption of the spray solution by the plant.

Thus, the adjuvant increases the speed of action and biological effectiveness of the active materials. This is especially important in dry or cold weather, when the growth of weeds slows down and their wetting with the working solution deteriorates. Adding an adjuvant to the working solution of herbicides allows you to achieve higher efficiency in the fight against weeds covered with a waxy coating and having pubescent leaves (pigweed, acorn grass, knotweed, thistle, ragweed, chickweed, sow thistle).

Recommendations for use:

An adjuvant is used in conjunction with pesticides/fertilizers to increase their effectiveness. Easy to use, easy to mix and dissolve in water.

Application technology:

Fill the sprayer tank ½ full with water and add pesticides while the mixer is running. When preparing a working solution, the adjuvant should always be added to the sprayer tank last.
